Service Terms

1. Ordering Process

To place an order for our products or services, you must:

  • Submit your request through our website, email, or in person
  • Provide all necessary information and materials
  • Approve design proofs before production
  • Make required payments according to our payment terms

2. Design Ownership and Copyright

All designs created by Hobe Design House remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment:

  • You receive a license to use the designs for the specific purpose agreed upon
  • We retain the right to use designs in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Any materials or content you provide must not infringe on third-party rights

Important: You must own or have proper licenses for all images, logos, and content you provide to us for use in your designs. You agree to indemnify Hobe Design House against any claims arising from the use of materials you provide.

3. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% deposit required to begin work on new projects
  • Remaining balance due prior to delivery of final products
  • Rush orders may incur additional fees
  • All prices are subject to change without notice

4. Revisions and Approval Process

Our design process includes:

  • Two rounds of revisions included in the base price
  • Additional revisions available at an hourly rate
  • Final approval required before production
  • Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees and delay production

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following terms apply to cancellations and refunds:

  • Cancellations before design work begins: Full refund of deposit
  • Cancellations after design work begins: No refund of deposit
  • Cancellations after approval for production: No refund
  • We do not accept returns on custom-designed products unless there is a manufacturing defect

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.1 All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. 3.2 Payment is required in full before production begins. 3.3 We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed on our checkout page.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping times vary based on product type and destination. 4.2 We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. 4.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. 5.2 If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

6.1 All content on the Site, including text, images, and designs, is the property of Hobe Design House and may not be used without permission. 6.2 By submitting custom artwork for printing, you confirm that you have the rights to use it and grant us permission to reproduce it for your order.
