What file formats do you accept for printing?

We accept a variety of file formats including PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, and TIFF. For best results, we recommend submitting vector files (PDF, AI, or EPS) for designs that include text or logos. For high-quality printing, please ensure your files are set to CMYK color mode with a resolution of at least 300 DPI.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround times vary by product:

  • Business cards, flyers, and brochures: 3-5 business days
  • Banners, signs, and posters: 5-7 business days
  • Custom apparel: 7-10 business days
  • Event materials: 7-14 business days

Rush services are available for an additional fee. Please contact us for specific turnaround times for your project.

Do you offer design services or do I need to provide my own designs?

We offer full design services for all our products. Our team of experienced graphic designers can create custom designs based on your specifications, or we can work with your existing designs and brand materials. If you already have print-ready artwork, you can simply upload your files during the ordering process.
